SALON POLICY  

 

GUATANTEE

Enhancements, gel polish manicures, dipping and other nail services are guaranteed to fix within 7 days of your initial service.
If you notice breakages, chips, lifting or any other issues within this time,
please call us to schedule a free repair appointment with original color of service.
We will not be responsible after 7 days without notice.
Repairs after guarantee time for breakages, tears, and any other issues will be charged.
Regular polish services are not guaranteed.


REFUND

If you are unsatisfied with your nails, please make us aware of it before your pay.
We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coating that have been applied if needed.
Absolutely no refund will be given on any products or services.
All items purchased are final and non-refundable.


APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION

To remain courteous of others, please arrive on time for scheduled appointments.
We will allow a 10-minute window past your scheduled time before moving on to the next client.
Cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance. We recommend that you make reservations well in advance so that your desired time can be reserved.
*Please reference the group parties section for group party cancellations.


GROUP PARTIES (5 OR MORE GUESTS)

To stay on schedule, all members of your party should arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. All parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
A name and exact services is required from each person in your group at the time of booking, this allows for a smoother transaction and better accuracy.

*A $20 deposit for each guest is required at the time of booking for group parties. The deposit is nonrefundable for no shows.
Cardholder will be held responsible for this charge.
There will not be a charge for cancellations given with 24 hours notice.


GIFT CERTIFICATES

All gift certificate sales are final. Gift certificates are not refundable or exchangeable.
Gift certificates should be treated as cash and are not redeemable if lost or stolen.
Together Nail Parlor is not responsible for unauthorized use, lost, stolen damaged gift certificates.
Gift certificates may be redeemed at Together Nail Parlor location from which they are purchased.
If you would like a gift certificate mailed to you or another party, there is an additional $3.00 charge.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced any jewelry and valuable items.
No Pets allowed. Service animals specifically trained to aid with a disability are welcome.
Children should be supervised at all times, and remain respectful to those receiving services around them. This is a time to relax and rejuvenate!
